Dating from 1972, these Quaker Oats Cereal Captain Crunch Cereal Box feature the legendary Cap'n Crunch Bank mail-away offer. The 12 ounce size red box measures 7" x 9.75" x 2.30" when assembled. Fabulous graphics of Cap'n Crunch Bank on front and back cereal box panel. On this cereal box, the image of the Cap'n on side panel above "Proof of Purchase" seal was cut out in a hap-hazard fashion. In addition, red trim (overhang) missing around "cigarette style" breakfast cereal box lid. Still, a very displayable and collectible box.
